Position Overview
We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage and nurture client relationships post-booking. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in CRM or post-sales operations in real estate. This role involves coordinating payments, agreements, and documentation, while maintaining accurate client records in the CRM to ensure a smooth and satisfactory post-booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer relationship management processes.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales cycle.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth customer service.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Track customer interactions and prepare CRM reports and MIS.
- Ensure timely documentation and follow-up with clients.
- Build strong long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Support collection follow-ups and possession coordination when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client relationship management, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
