Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with proven expertise in team management, sales strategy, client relationship management, and achieving business targets. This role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Handle high-value client meetings, negotiations, and closure of sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and investors.
  • Coordinate with CRM, pre-sales, and marketing teams for lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve performance and productivity.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience from inquiry to booking.
  • Familiarity with AI-based sales or productivity tools (CRM automation, lead analytics, communication tools, etc.) will be preferred.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent client handling and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident personality.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally and build a strong market presence.
