Position Overview

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage and nurture client relationships post-booking. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in CRM or post-sales operations in real estate. This role involves coordinating payments, agreements, and documentation, while maintaining accurate client records in the CRM to ensure a smooth and satisfactory post-booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end customer relationship management processes.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth customer service.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Track customer interactions and prepare CRM reports and MIS.
  • Ensure timely documentation and follow-up with clients.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Support collection follow-ups and possession coordination when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client relationship management, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.

  • Experience in real estate CRM and post-sales processes.
  • Customer-centric approach with professional attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
